It sleeps up to 9 people comfortably. All the rooms are spacious and have
ceiling fans or freestanding fans, as Nyons can be very hot in the summer.
All the rooms have large windows though you have no view (except from the
roof terrace) as it is in a narrow medieval street! It is suitable for a
group needing a base for visiting the area or for people wanting to enjoy
French town life without driving miles for a fresh croissant....

It is 4 stories high and comprises:

Ground floor
A single bedroom with toilet and washbasin;
A general storeroom with washing machine.
(This floor has not yet been completely restored but is quite usable)

First floor
A large kitchen with fridge-freeze, electric cooker, table chairs and
usual cupboards
A large sitting room with armchairs, bookshelves and a sofa bed for 2 people.

Second floor
A bedroom with double bed, walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with
bath, toilet and hand basin.
A double bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower,
basin and toilet.

Third floor
A double bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower,
hand basin and separate lavatory;
A landing with a sink, small fridge and coffee machine for use on the
roof terrace.
Tiled roof terrace with table and chairs and parasol. It overlooks the
church spires and the hills surrounding the town. It is particularly
pleasant on summer evenings.

Sheets and towels can be provided with a laundry fee of 8 euros per person.

There is a cleaning fee of 45 euros at the end of your stay.

PRICING
Rentals can run from any day of the week (though naturally depend on
previous bookings) and can be for an irregular period based on 650 euros
for a 7 day period, which is the minimum rental period accepted.
