The Pas du Ventoux is a private residential estate with tennis courts,
swimming pools and restaurant though each house is entirely independant.
You are 5 minutes drive from the village of Mollans, a small medieval
village of a few hundred inhabitants but where you will find all the
essentials: baker, butcher, Post Office, general store, cafés and
restaurant., and 15 minutes from Vaison-la-Romaine or Buis-les-Baronnies.

The house is a large detached villa built on two levels with 1.800 m2 of
land mostly left deliberately uncultivated, though the area immediately
around the house and pool is planted with typical lavender, broom and
roses. There are panoramic views of the surrounding hills and the Mt.
Ventoux from the terraces.

There is a small bean-shaped swimming pool (7m x 3.5m, 1m50 deep), which is
nice for smaller children while teenagers enjoy using the domaine's
facilities (for a small fee) where they can meet other youngsters.

The house is simply but adequately furnished. The 3 main bedrooms have
spacious wardrobes and the beds are of good quality. Bed linen and towels
are provided and there is a duvet for each bed.

First floor

PRICING
From 600 to 1,400 euros per week according to season and length of
